Apple strudel with olive oil - Štrúdľa z olivového oleja

Apple strudel is usually prepared from the original pastry using the butter. However, in some regions of Italy, the butter in the puff pastry is replaced by olive oil. Here is my recipe of the puff pastry with extra virgin olive oil with or without egg. The taste of the strudel made of such pastry is similar to the classic one. Recipe at my blog.
